You will maintain records, track orders, identify discrepancies, and assist management with procurement reporting to drive smooth operations.

In parallel, you will handle inbound inventory coordination, verify receivals against procurement data, and ensure accurate labeling and system entry.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory or warehouse operations.
• Strong MS Excel skills and data handling experience.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and work with multiple systems.
