Job summary

Royal Infrastructure Azizi Developments is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee piling and foundation projects in Dubai. You will plan manpower, equipment, and site resources, supervise piling activities, and ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 15–20 years of experience in piling/foundation construction.
• Strong knowledge of piling methods, equipment and site operations.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Good communication, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• GCC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of piling and foundation projects.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials and site resources.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, schedules and costs.
• Supervise piling activities including bored piles, driven piles, CFA, shoring and related foundation works.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Manage piling rigs, cranes and other construction equipment to maximize utilization.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational and project-related issues.
• Monitor project budgets, productivity and overall profitability.
• Prepare regular progress and operational reports for management.
