Job summary

You will drive efficiencies, implement automation, and manage multiple departments to meet KPIs while maintaining governance and compliance across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in operations management within trading or distribution environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple departments and large operational teams.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Zoho preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing workflows, introduce best practices, and implement automation and process enhancements.
