Sanso H is seeking a competent Operations Manager to oversee organizational planning across technology platforms. This role involves ensuring smooth operations, managing interdepartmental coordination, and facilitating the needs of tech and marketing teams.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration and possess 2-4 years of operations experience, preferably in FinTech or electronics. The position is full-time with Monday to Friday working days and requires strong skills in compliance, KPI monitoring, and team management.

Job description

We are seeking a competent and versatile Operations Manager to oversee organizational planning, and operational workflows across our technology platforms and hardware units. The role is both strategic and hands‑on, ensuring smooth operations and people management in a fast‑evolving tech environment.

• Ensure day‑to‑day business operations and interdepartmental coordination run efficiently.
• Design and document SOPs for internal processes and workflows.
• Coordinate between tech teams, compliance/legal, marketing, and hardware production teams.
• Monitor and report on KPIs across HR and operational areas and will be liable to achieve the desired targets on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
• Oversee relationships with outsourced services (e.g., payroll, legal, compliance, logistics).
• Help negotiate and manage contracts for services related to HR, facilities, and operations.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure labor law compliance, data protection (especially for digital & communication services), and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.

Support for Product Teams

• Facilitate the needs of technical, support, and marketing teams by aligning HR and operational resources.
• Desing & Manage the launch operations for the products & services offered by SANSO, and coordinate backend operations for product releases or events.

Education & Experience Requirement

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min. 2-4 years of experience in operations, preferably in FinTech, or electronics manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing remote and distributed teams is a plus.
