Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operation Manager(CA qualified) to oversee ourcompanys ongoing operations and procedures. As a key member of the senior management team the Operation Manager will report directly to the Management and play a critical role in developing and implementing operational strategies to drive sustainable growth operational efficiency and company-wide performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business operations to align with company goals and strategic direction.


• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company and the work of executives in departments such as HR Finance IT and Administration.


• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.


• Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.


• Evaluate company performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.


• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication


• Assist management in fundraising ventures and investor relations where applicable.
