Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Intern to join the University Talent Acquisition team within Amazon Operations. You'll work on high-priority projects across Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations, applying analytics to improve performance and safety in a large, complex environment.

Eligible candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028, highly proficient in English, and available Jan–Dec 2027 for 3–6 months

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
• Available to commence an internship between January and December 2027 (flexible start) and commit to 3–6 months, full-time (40h/week).
• Preferred qualifications are not required to apply; strong potential to learn and contribute.

Responsibilities

• Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard, demonstrating your ability to deliver results
• Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement
• Proposing and testing solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones
• Developing communication and teamwork skills by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams and participate in activities such as pre-briefs, flow meetings, and discussions with leadership.
• Ability to navigate the workspace and move between different areas is essential.
• Displaying flexibility to work various schedules and shift patterns as required.
• Potential relocation to the designated work location.
