Amazon Middle East and North Africa FZ-LLC is seeking an Operations Intern to work across Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers and Delivery Stations in the UAE. You will apply your analytical skills to impact projects that improve performance and customer satisfaction, while learning how managers lead teams to achieve results.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard, delivering results.
Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Proposing and testing solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones.
Developing communication and teamwork skills by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams and attend pre-briefs, flow meetings, and leadership discussions.
