Job summary

Amazon is offering an Operations and Logistics Internship in Abu Dhabi. You will work on high-impact projects, analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions with mentors and teams across Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations.

You will gain hands-on experience, engage with Amazonians for personal and professional development, and have the chance to join a graduate role after completing your studies. Internship length is 3 to 6 months, full-time.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a graduation date between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
• Available to commence an internship between Jan 2027 and Dec 2027 for 3–6 months full-time (40h/week)

Responsibilities

• Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard and delivering results
• Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement
• Proposing and testing solutions and collaborating with the team to implement them
• Developing communication and teamwork skills by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates
• Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams and participate in pre-briefs, flow meetings and leadership discussions
