Job summary

Amazon in Dubai is seeking an Operations Intern to learn how our managers engage teams to maximize performance, ensure safety, and deliver for customers across Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations.

You will work under a mentor, complete high-priority projects, and gain exposure to data analysis, process improvements, and cross-team collaboration, with opportunities for professional development and potential conversion to a graduate role.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a graduation date between 2027 and 2028
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
• Available to commence an internship between January and December 2027; 3–6 months, full time (40h/week)

The Amazon University Talent Acquisition Team is looking for ambitious students to join us as Operations Intern, working in one of our core businesses, Amazon Operations.

About this internship

Our internships are educational opportunities intended to allow you, our future managers, to discover how we lead and develop our teams of Associates. As an Operations and Logistics Interns, you will learn how our managers effectively engage their teams to realize their full potential, ensure their performance in order to fulfill our customers expectations, and encourage a safe and productive environment within our large and complex Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers and Delivery Stations.

Your internship will put you at the heart of our Operations where you will be part of the journey of one of our many customer's orders.

Key job responsibilities

As an Amazon operations intern, you'll have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills to impactful projects that enhance the functionality and service of Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations. Key aspects of the role include:

• Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard, demonstrating your ability to deliver results
• Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement
• Proposing and testing solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones
• Developing communication and teamwork skills by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams. This includes actively gathering knowledge by participating in activities such as pre-briefs, flow meetings, and discussions with the leadership team and associates.
• Ability to navigate the workspace and move between different areas is essential for this position.
• Displaying flexibility to work various schedules and shift patterns as required.
• Potential relocation to the designated work location.

Available to commence an internship in Q2 2027.

You should be available for 3 to 6 months, full time (40h/week).
