ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Senior Quality and Business Excellence leader to drive the design and deployment of quality management systems cross-functionally, aligning process improvements with strategy and industry benchmarks.

You will mentor leadership, enhance people engagement, promote recognition programs, and ensure compliance with international standards while delivering measurable performance improvements for Al Dhafra Petroleum and related ventures.

Qualificações

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and/or preferably in Engineering discipline.
• 12-15 years of experience in quality management system, corporate culture and employee engagement, management consulting, business planning & performance, corporate assurance and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and monitor Quality/Excellence models and systems across the company.
• Drive process improvements, document management, stakeholder satisfaction and measurement of performance.
• Ensure alignment with ISO standards, international frameworks and market best practices.
