Job summary

Qualifications

• BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee disassembly inspection repair and reassembly of mechanical and pneumatic components
• Ensure all work meets OEM standards and customer specifications
• Supervise and perform functional testing of overhauled components including pressure and flow verification
• Collect analyze and summarize operational and engineering data for management reporting
• Develop and maintain operational standards and procedures
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Monitor team performance and operational capability
• Ensure the use of proper tools calibrated instruments and safety procedures
• Monitor PPE usage and workplace safety compliance
• Maintain 5S standards in the work area
• Coordinate with engineers technicians and clients to achieve operational goals
• Monitor preventive maintenance of equipment and systems
• Identify cost optimization and operational improvement initiatives
• Maintain service logs and internal operational records
