Job summary

Creation Business Consultants in the UAE seeks an Operations Director to lead the operations team, drive compliance, and oversee licensing and client records across UAE, KSA and beyond.

You will manage the Client Relationship team, develop SOPs, and provide training to ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining CBC's reputation across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management and leadership.
• Degree in business administration, compliance or a related field.
• 10+ years in corporate services or professional services in UAE/KSA.
• Proven operational, project management and customer support record for 3+ years.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Zoho CRM.
• Knowledge of UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider GCC markets.

Responsibilities

• Setting, monitoring, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations targets.
• Preparing reports for the Commercial Director on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
• Creating and implementing an annual operations strategy plan.
• Formulating and reviewing projects and creating SOPs for each.
• Identifying key partnerships and stakeholders in UAE, KSA and other jurisdictions.
• Contributing to leadership decisions and best practices.
• Reviewing CRM updates for all client projects in the UAE, KSA and others.
• Overseeing incorporations, amendments, and government liaison applications.
• Managing Client Relationship and admin staff and Public Relations officers.

Role Objective:

The Operations Director is responsible for fostering strong relationships with government agencies and overseeing company procedures in CBC group, UAE, KSA and other jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with regulations, manage licensing processes, and maintain accurate client records. Lead and motivate the Client Relationship team, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and provide training opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams, handle client onboarding, and uphold the company's reputation through exceptional service delivery. This role has ownership of leading the operations team and overseeing compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting, monitoring, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations team targets
• Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations team reports for the Commercial Director
• Creating and implementing an annual operations team strategy plan
• Formulating and reviewing various projects as directed by the Commercial Director and creating SOPs for each project
• Identifying and maintaining key strategic partnerships and stakeholders to achieve annual operation targets in the UAE, KSA and other jurisdictions
• Contributing to decision making and implementing best practices across the company as a member of the leadership team
• Reviewing and ensuring the CRM system is updated for all client projects in the UAE, KSA, and other jurisdictions
• Accountable for the execution of company incorporations, amendments, and government liaison applications in the UAE, KSA, and other jurisdictions
• Management of all Client Relationship and admin support staff and Public Relations officers
