Amazon Now is seeking a data and analytics-focused professional to build and maintain dashboards, analyze data, and drive data-driven decision making across fast-moving teams. You will collaborate with product, program management, and operations to improve customer experience and operational performance.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience with SQL/Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or QuickSight, plus extensive VBA macro experience and ETL familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with SQL and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, QuickSight, or similar tools.
• 3+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience.
• Experience with ETL.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational dashboards to track key customer engagement metrics, supply chain and instock metrics across the network.
• Drive data analytics to surface insights, identify trends and support decision-making across the team.
• Streamline metrics visibility for internal stakeholders — making the right data accessible at the right time.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and participate in cross-functional working groups.
• Collaborate with supply chain, fulfillment and planning teams to improve operational performance.
• Take ownership of operational challenges, analyse data end‑to‑end and implement corrective actions.
