Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Business Analyst for the Fresh Grocery Partnerships & Amazon Now team to turn raw data into automated reports and live dashboards. You will partner with stakeholders to build scalable reporting pipelines using SQL and AWS QuickSight, enabling teams to monitor trends and drive improvements across the GCC region.

You will collaborate with Business Product and Program stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate insights and continuous improvement in performance metrics and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative field.
• 2 years of hands-on experience writing SQL queries against large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI or QuickSight.
• Strong attention to detail and data-quality mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and cross-team collaboration.
• Familiarity with basic ETL concepts and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AWS QuickSight.

Responsibilities

• Report Automation: Design, develop and maintain SQL-driven ETL scripts to extract, transform and load data into reporting tables.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Write optimized SQL queries to answer business questions and present findings clearly.
• Dashboard Development: Build and iterate on AWS QuickSight dashboards to track metrics and alert stakeholders.
• Data Quality Checks: Implement data-validation routines and monitors to ensure report accuracy.
