Job summary

Amazon Now is seeking a data-driven professional to join the Instock Management team, building scalable dashboards and analytics to improve availability and customer experience in a fast-growing environment.

You will work with internal tools and data, solve end-to-end supply chain challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fixes and improvements. Strong Excel/SQL and project management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL is required.
• Experience with strong project management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational dashboards to track key supply chain and instock metrics across the network.
• Drive data analytics to surface insights, identify trends and support decision-making across the team.
• Streamline metrics visibility for internal stakeholders — making the right data accessible at the right time.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and participate in cross-functional working groups.
• Collaborate with supply chain, fulfillment and planning teams to improve operational performance.
• Take ownership of operational challenges, analyse data end-to-end and implement corrective actions.
• Source store-level pricing and promotions and execute using internal tools.
• The role may require occasional weekend coverage but will not exceed a 5-day work week.
