Job summary

Azizi Developments in Dubai seeks an Operations Coordinator to coordinate daily operational activities, liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors, and ensure timely completion of tasks on fit-out or construction projects.

You will monitor schedules, prepare MIS and performance dashboards, and support management with data collection and reports. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years UAE/GCC fit-out experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years relevant experience in operations coordination, preferably within fit-out, interior or construction projects.
• UAE/GCC relevant fit-out experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, suppliers, contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor operational schedules, activities and deliverables and follow up on pending actions.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, trackers (MIS) and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate the flow of information between different departments and ensure timely communication.
