Role Description

The Operations Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves coordinating daily delivery operations, including scheduling routes, assigning drivers, and monitoring delivery performance to ensure timely and accurate service. The Operations Coordinator will handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining records, updating systems, and supporting workforce planning. This position will liaise with clients, drivers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues, manage inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
