The role requires deep experience with Workamajig, PowerBI, and SAP, plus strong communication skills to train and present to cross-functional groups across global accounts. A senior-level candidate with a proven ability to influence outcomes is ideal.

Qualifications

Require strong analytical capabilities with experience translating data into insights.
10+ years of analytical and account services experience preferred.
Ability to present to senior leadership and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate across account services, operations, data, and technology to drive smarter decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in PowerBI and Workamajig.
Identify data quality issues and lead problem solving across platforms (Workamajig, PowerBI, SAP).
Present quarterly results and strategic recommendations to agency leadership.
Support training and change management initiatives across multiple COEs and departments.
