Job summary

Nas Neuron Health Services in the UAE seeks an Operational Excellence Specialist to review and improve end-to-end processes using Lean Six Sigma. The role focuses on reducing waste, simplifying workflows, and enhancing member experience while lowering costs to serve.

You will lead discovery, redesign and DMAIC delivery, collaborating across Operations, Technology, Quality and Finance to implement practical, measurable improvements. 5+ years in this area and Green Belt certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management or healthcare management.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is mandatory; Black Belt is an advantage.
• 5+ years making improvements in operational excellence, process improvement, or operations consulting.
• Healthcare, health insurance or transaction-intensive service exposure preferred.
• Proven delivery of measurable efficiency, quality or cost improvements.

Responsibilities

• Map, document and improve end-to-end processes with clear controls and KPIs.
• Lead or support DMAIC projects, Kaizen events and problem solving.
• Identify bottlenecks, reduce variation and drive digital or RPA-enabled improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Quality, Finance and others to implement changes.
• Develop dashboards and benefits-tracking reports showing baseline and gains.
