Job summary

Red Hat seeks an experienced OpenShift TAM to work with key Saudi customers, delivering hands-on technical and architectural guidance for the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. You will partner with engineering, product management, and support teams to resolve issues, advocate for customers, and drive platform adoption.

You will build trusted relationships, understand customer environments, share best practices, and mentor teams while traveling as needed within the region.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a support, development, engineering, or QA organization.
• Expertise with OpenShift, Kubernetes, CloudForms, and IT automation.
• Ability to manage and grow enterprise customer relationships with proactive support.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key business and IT stakeholders and become an expert on a customer’s implementation.
• Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to prevent issues.
• Forewarn customers of changes and provide mitigation strategies.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive escalation with Red Hat and customer teams.
• Create customer engagement plans and maintain documentation.
