Job summary

Azizi Developments in Dubai seeks a senior BIM specialist to lead 3D BIM models for precast elements, ensuring compliance with project specs and BIM execution plans. You will collaborate with structural engineers and architects to integrate precast designs, generate shop, fabrication and erection drawings, and perform clash detection to resolve issues before fabrication.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s in Architecture or Civil Engineering with 5–8 years in BIM modelling or precast

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years relevant experience in BIM modelling, precast detailing or structural modelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and BIM software. UAE/GCC precast experience mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex 3D BIM models for precast elements ensuring adherence to project specifications and BIM execution plans.
• Collaborate closely with structural engineers architects and other disciplines to integrate precast designs seamlessly into the overall project model.
• Generate detailed shop drawings fabrication drawings and erection drawings from BIM models incorporating all necessary annotations and tolerances.
• Perform clash detection and resolution for precast elements proactively identifying and rectifying potential conflicts before fabrication.
