Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to develop and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural or MEP disciplines across projects in Dubai. You will create 3D models, drawings, plans, sections, elevations and schedules from design information, coordinate across disciplines and ensure model accuracy and standards compliance.

You will lead clash detection, resolve conflicts with design teams, produce as-built models and assist with project handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of BIM modelling and interior fit-out experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural structural or MEP disciplines based on project requirements
• Create accurate 3D models drawings plans sections elevations details and schedules from design information
• Coordinate BIM models across architectural structural and MEP disciplines
• Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM coordination software and resolve identified conflicts with relevant design teams
• Review drawings specifications design changes and technical documents to ensure model accuracy
• Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM standards naming conventions Level of Development LOD and information requirements
• Prepare and update shop drawings coordination drawings fabrication drawings and as-built models as required
• Coordinate with architects structural engineers MEP engineers consultants contractors and site teams
• Incorporate approved design revisions and ensure models and drawings remain synchronized
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and technical design-review sessions
• Support the BIM Manager BIM Coordinator in implementing BIM execution plans and project standards
• Maintain model integrity file structures worksets families and project data
• Assist in developing and maintaining BIM content templates families and libraries
• Extract quantities schedules and relevant information from BIM models where required
• Support construction teams by providing coordinated models and technical information
• Review models and drawings for accuracy completeness and constructability
• Assist with the preparation of as-built BIM models and project handover documentation
• Identify modeling issues and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant discipline teams
• Mentor junior BIM modelers and provide technical guidance on modeling and coordination practices

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years relevant experience in BIM modelling and interior fit-out for construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Fit-out manufacturing experience required.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
