Job summary

Naffco in United Arab Emirates is seeking a Site Engineer (Fire Protection System) to lead on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire protection systems while engaging with clients to tailor technical solutions. The role focuses on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in fast-paced project environments.

You will supervise site activities, interpret requirements with project teams, deliver technical presentations, and prepare documentation for authority submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire protection systems.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to interpret requirements and ensure precise delivery of technical solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks and system validations per codes, standards and safety regulations.
• Provide on-site technical support and guidance to installation teams, resolving issues and tailoring solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients on features, benefits and compliance of fire protection solutions.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, test reports, progress updates, and compliance records for authority submissions.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services, upgrades or solutions meeting client needs while supporting sales growth.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high professional standards.
