ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced Drilling and Completions Engineer to support onshore gas operations in Abu Dhabi. The role covers drilling, completion, well intervention and workover planning within ADNOC Sour Gas projects.

Responsibilities include well design, risk assessment, and integration with drilling teams, service contractors and production operations to ensure safe, reliable well delivery in line with HSE requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering is required.
• Minimum 4 years of drilling operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of drilling, completion and well intervention techniques.
• Experience with well integrity planning and risk management.

Mansioni

• Plan, develop and optimize drilling, completion and workover programs.
• Design well trajectories and optimize drill strings.
• Coordinate with subsurface, production and service contractors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and ADNOC Sour Gas standards.
• Support cost-effective and safe well delivery throughout the lifecycle.
