Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities are required.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media, email, and online sales platforms is beneficial.
• Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, website chat, email, and other online platforms.
• Promote products and services and convert inquiries into sales.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
