Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking an Online Merchandiser to support trading execution across M&S websites and third-party Quick Commerce platforms. You will manage catalogue updates, content coordination, and platform optimization to boost conversions.

The role requires 3+ years in online merchandising, CMS experience (HCLDX preferred), and strong analytics and Excel skills. The position is full-time and on-site in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with a proactive, detail-oriented, team-focused mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree with 3+ years in Online Merchandiser, Web Content Manager, or Online Trading role.
• Experience with CMS platforms (preferably HCLDX) and eCommerce backends (KIBO, SAP).
• Exposure to or direct experience managing listings and operations on Quick Commerce platforms is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable using web analytics tools (Google Analytics and dashboards).
• Strong MS Excel and reporting capability.

Aufgaben

• Execute day-to-day website updates on the KIBO platform.
• Support content teams by building landing pages, campaigns, and seasonal features.
• Support website refresh and merchandising activities to increase conversion.
• Coordinate with merchandising teams to ensure timely go-live of new products.
• Ensure products are accurately tagged, categorized, and optimized for search and SEO.
• Assist in testing and publishing content with high accuracy and customer experience.
• Manage product catalogue listings, stock sync, pricing, and availability on Quick Commerce platforms.
• Coordinate upload and maintenance of digital assets aligned with campaigns.
• Monitor platform KPIs (order availability, cancellations, delivery windows) and resolve issues with urgency.
• Adapt creative content for local relevance and platform guidelines.
• Liaise with teams to gather and upload marketing assets for campaigns (email, banners, push notifications, PPC).
• Build content briefs according to direction and trends.
• Maintain a tracker of go-live timelines across web and partner platforms.
• Collaborate with SEO and performance marketing teams for content optimization.
