Job summary

Al-Futtaim in Dubai seeks an experienced Online Merchandiser to support operations across M&S websites and third-party Quick Commerce platforms. The role combines catalogue maintenance with platform coordination and a strong commercial mindset.

You will manage listings, optimize tagging for SEO, and coordinate campaigns with marketing and content teams. A bachelor degree with 3+ years in online merchandising or web content is required, plus CMS/eCommerce backend experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree with 3+ years in Online Merchandiser, Web Content Manager, or Online Trading role.
Experience with CMS platforms (preferably HCLDX) and eCommerce backends (e.g., KIBO, SAP).
Exposure to managing listings on Quick Commerce platforms is a plus.
Strong written and verbal English communication; Arabic advantageous.

Responsibilities

Website Operations: update content on KIBO platform; build landing pages and campaigns.
Manage product catalogue on Deliveroo, Foodpanda, Instashop, Grab and others; ensure asset alignment.
Coordinate marketing assets for campaigns and promotions; maintain go-live trackers.
Reporting: generate daily/weekly status and KPI insights; collaborate with Trade team to refine digital merchandising.
