Job summary

GSK is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Oncology in the Gulf region, based in Dubai. You will lead scientific exchange, support trial recruitment, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, and external partners to translate data into patient-focused strategies.

The role requires oncology expertise, global compliance, and exceptional communication, with willingness to travel across the Gulf and beyond to engage external experts and investigators.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor/Medical Degree/Life sciences degree is required.
• Postgraduate studies are an advantage.
• Experience and success in MSL organizations in therapeutic oncology.

Responsibilities

• Drive impact through robust scientific exchange to improve healthcare professionals' understanding of data and support optimal care in the Gulf.
• Capture scientific insights to inform GSK's research efforts and medical strategy.
• Identify investigators and sites for clinical trial participation and recruitment.
• Attend congresses, organize advisory boards, train and coach other MSLs in field medical responsibilities.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory and corporate guidelines and support the Medical Affairs program strategy.
• Represent medical and clinical aspects of GSK Gulf within oncology/onco-hematology.
• Support clinical research programming across Investigator Sponsored, Cooperative/Company trials.
• Provide regular updates on insights/opportunities to the business.
