Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Resident Engineer to act as the PMC’s full-time, site-based technical lead for villa and infrastructure development in Dubai. You will own engineering and design-compliance verification on site, ensuring works meet approved designs, specifications and quality standards with on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 10+ years’ site supervision experience on villa, residential or infrastructure construction.
• Familiarity with local codes and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the on-site PMC team and contractor activities.
• Own design-compliance verification against drawings and specs.
• Review submissions, shop drawings, and method statements for compliance.
• Inspect works at key stages and witness tests to ensure quality.
• Manage NCRs, snagging, and handover with documentation.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and support valuations from a technical standpoint.
