Job summary

KEO invites applications for a Resident Engineer (Villas construction) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role leads the construction supervision team to deliver the project on schedule and within budget, coordinating site engineers, surveyors, inspectors and disciplines across civil, infrastructure and landscape works.

You will liaise with authorities, apply QA practices, and prepare instructions, specifications and cost estimates while maintaining strong English communication and leadership on site.

Qualifications

• 20 years of work experience in civil, infrastructure, building, landscape or irrigation projects.
• Villas project experience is essential for this role.
• Knowledge of DM General Conditions of Contract, QA, Quantity Surveying and Project Network Techniques.

Responsibilities

• Leading the construction supervision team to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Supervising site engineers, surveyors, inspectors and other disciplines on site.
• Demonstrating extensive knowledge and experience in execution of civil, infrastructure, building, landscape and irrigation works.
• Liaising with applicable authorities and making senior level project decisions.
• Maintaining strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Preparing instructions, specifications, reports and cost estimates.
