Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Diploma-qualified Civil Engineer with at least 7 years of road and infrastructure inspection experience in the UAE to lead site QA/QC activities and monitor earthworks, paving, and drainage works. You will coordinate with surveyors, utility inspectors, and contractors to ensure compliance with IFC/shop drawings and ITPs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with 7+ years in road/infrastructure inspection.
• Proven experience inspecting earthworks, paving, kerbs and drainage.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs and road construction specs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect earthworks, paving, drainage and roadworks to ensure conformance.
• Verify compliance with IFC/shop drawings, specs, ITPs and material approvals.
• Witness field/lab testing (compaction, density, levels, asphalt temp).
• Coordinate with Survey Team, utility inspectors and contractors.
• Maintain daily inspection records, reports and site documentation.
