The Elliott Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an entry‑level Purchaser to support tactical procurement for materials and services. You will manage PR lifecycles, place orders timely, and maintain ERP data accuracy while collaborating with Engineering, Planning, and Quality to ensure production continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain admin; internships ok.
• Basic BOM understanding and supplier logistics knowledge.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and strong Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute PR to PO workflows for mechanical, electrical, and fabricated parts.
• Monitor PO confirmations, supplier delivery schedules, data accuracy in ERP.
• Support sourcing for non-standard components and low-complexity changes.
• Collaborate with Production Planners and Engineers on BOMs.
• Coordinate with Quality and Receiving to resolve non-conformances.
• Maintain procurement documentation and ensure SOP/compliance.
