Job summary

Elliott is seeking an entry-level Purchaser to support tactical procurement of materials, components, equipment, and services at our KEZAD Abu Dhabi facility. You will manage PR lifecycles, place orders on time, maintain ERP data quality, and coordinate with vendors to back factory production.

You will work on-site with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Planning, Quality) to handle purchasing for simple-to-moderate mechanical, electrical, and fabricated parts, while learning ERP basics and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• 0–2 years of purchasing/procurement/supply chain administration experience.
• Basic understanding of BOMs, material flow and supplier logistics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive communication in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute PR-to-PO workflows for mechanical, electrical, and fabricated parts.
• Monitor PO confirmations and supplier delivery schedules with high data accuracy.
• Support sourcing for non-standard components and simple engineering changes.
• Coordinate with Production Planners and Engineers on BOM accuracy.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Receiving on non-conformances.
