Responsibilities

• Issue and manage POs for mechanical, electrical, and fabrication components.
• Monitor supplier delivery schedules and update ERP data.
• Clarify specs with suppliers, expedite deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
• Track open POs and support factory production planning.
• Align procurement with project milestones and escalate material risks.
