Job summary

J A Z Real Estate LLC in Ajman is seeking an Operations Assistant for hands-on management of fit-out and interior projects on a full-time, on-site basis. You will ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, cost control, and compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Strictly with Fit-out/Joinery experience, you will lead site teams, coordinate procurement, monitor budgets, and report progress weekly while maintaining health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management for fit-out projects.
• 2 years of fit-out/joinery experience.
• UAE driver's license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of all fit-out/interior projects from start to handover.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen and labor across projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate procurement and control project costs; review variations.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on sites.
• Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports and monitor KPIs.
