NMC Healthcare in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound across Radiology facilities, ER, OR, OPD and clinics. The role requires operating advanced radiographic equipment, ensuring patient safety and strict radiation control, with a 24-hour on-call rotation.

The candidate should have a Bachelor or Diploma in Diagnostic Ultrasound, be licensed to practice in the UAE, and possess at least two years of post-qualification experience in radiology

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Ultrasound or Sonography.
• Licensed in country of origin and with DOH/DHA/MOH UAE license to practice in UAE.
• Minimum two years’ experience post qualification in related field.

Mansioni

• Performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures in Radiology facilities, ER, OR, OPD and clinics.
• Operate radiographic equipment and ensure patient safety and radiation safety compliance.
• Work on 24-hour on-call rotation and manage patient flow and positioning.
• Review requests and determine projections based on history and guidelines.
• Maintain infection control, sterile technique, and equipment cleanliness.
• Assist radiologists with contrast administration and special procedures as needed.
• Train staff and participate in OSH and infection control programs.
