Job summary

AECOM Middle East Ltd is seeking a Civil Inspector – Marine Infrastructure in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on field inspection of quay walls, jetties and coastal works, with QA/QC oversight and reporting requirements.

The incumbent will coordinate with Resident Engineers, Marine Engineers and Client representatives, ensuring compliance with environmental, HSE and project specifications. Day‑1 onboarding applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• 7–10 years of civil construction inspection experience required.
• 3–5 years on marine infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect quay walls, jetties, breakwaters, revetments, seawalls and marine foundations.
• Witness testing of concrete, aggregates, steel reinforcement and materials.
• Verify compliance with method statements, IFC drawings and project specs.
• Prepare daily to monthly inspection reports and records.
