AECOM is recruiting a Land Surveyor to carry out and verify surveying activities for a major infrastructure project in Al Ain, UAE. The role covers setting-out, verification against drawings, and collaboration with engineers, inspectors and contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The candidate will maintain survey records, calibrate instruments, and support project handover activities in a demanding, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure surveying.
• Ability to verify approved drawings and setting-out information.
• Proven track record coordinating with engineers, inspectors, and contractors.

Responsabilités

• Establish, verify, and maintain project survey control points, benchmarks, coordinates, and reference levels.
• Review approved drawings and verify setting-out information prior to construction.
• Perform and check setting-out for roads, utilities, pipelines, manholes, and structures.
• Coordinate with RE/ARE, discipline engineers, inspectors, contractors, and other survey teams.
• Maintain accurate survey records and inspection documentation.
• Ensure surveying instruments are calibrated and compliant with QA/QC requirements.
