You will coordinate ducting, chilled-water and refrigerant piping, insulation, and equipment installation, maintain clear client communication, and support scheduling, material coordination, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from end to end, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with engineering quality standards
• Led site teams, optimized installation workflows, and implemented corrective actions to minimize delays
• Enhanced system performance through precise commissioning
• Maintained strong client communication and documentation, contributing to improved project efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Planning, Scheduling, Progress Monitoring, Material Coordination, Procurement Follow-Up, BOQ, Quantity Take-Off, Site Supervision, Subcontractor Coordination, Client/Consultant Coordination, Technical Documentation
• Coordinated with site engineers and technicians to ensure proper execution of ducting, chilled-water piping, refrigerant piping, insulation, equipment installation, and ventilation systems
• Monitor the site activities and ensured HVAC installation was carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules
• Support in developing project schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and activity timelines
