Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from end to end, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with engineering quality standards
• Led site teams, optimized installation workflows, and implemented corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Enhanced system performance through precise commissioning.
• Maintained strong client communication and documentation, contributing to improved project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, material coordination, procurement follow-up, BOQ and quantity take-off, site supervision.
• Coordinated with site engineers to ensure ducting, chilled-water piping, refrigerant piping, insulation, equipment installation and ventilation systems.
• Monitored site activities to ensure HVAC installation met drawings, specs, quality standards and schedules.
• Supported in developing project schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and activity timelines.
