Job summary

Condo Protego, a leading IT infrastructure and cybersecurity systems integrator based in Dubai, seeks an experienced Field Implementation Engineer to lead on-site deployment of servers, storage, networking, and campuses across the UAE and wider region.

The role is delivery-focused, end-to-end, with occasional support to pre-sales; you will document builds and hand over to customers and operations, while maintaining high standards and professional on-site conduct.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering and deploying enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on capability across storage, servers/compute, virtualization, and networking.
• Excellent customer-facing communication in English; Arabic a plus.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across the UAE and wider region; flexibility for out-of-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Install, rack, stack, cable, and commission servers, storage arrays, and network equipment at customer sites.
• Own end-to-end deployment from physical install to testing and handover.
• Execute upgrades, migrations, and cutovers with minimal disruption.
• Produce as-built documentation and handover to operations.
