Job summary

Al Saifi Building Contracting LLC in Dubai is seeking a qualified Civil Site Engineer (Any Nationality) to join our on-site team. The role demands hands-on supervision of construction activities with a minimum of two years of site experience.

You will read drawings, coordinate subcontractors, monitor safety and quality, and ensure work aligns with approved plans and schedules on-site.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision and execution procedures.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at project sites.
Ensure all site works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate and supervise site workers, subcontractors and daily site operations.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety compliance.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily site reports.
Coordinate materials, equipment and manpower to maintain smooth site operations.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants and other involved parties.
Ensure construction activities are completed according to project schedules and requirements.
