Al Saifi Building Contracting LLC in Dubai is seeking a qualified Civil Site Engineer (Any Nationality) to join our on-site team. The role demands hands-on supervision of construction activities with a minimum of two years of site experience.

You will read drawings, coordinate subcontractors, monitor safety and quality, and ensure work aligns with approved plans and schedules on-site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision and execution procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure all site works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise site workers, subcontractors and daily site operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily site reports.
• Coordinate materials, equipment and manpower to maintain smooth site operations.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants and other involved parties.
• Ensure construction activities are completed according to project schedules and requirements.
