Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and site execution.
Familiarity with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workforce.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained.
Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and HSE standards.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Raise RFIs (Request for Information) and coordinate technical clarifications.
Verify measurements and assist in billing and quantity take-offs.
Ensure proper documentation and site records are maintained.
