Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site execution.
• Familiarity with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workforce.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and HSE standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Raise RFIs (Request for Information) and coordinate technical clarifications.
• Verify measurements and assist in billing and quantity take-offs.
• Ensure proper documentation and site records are maintained.
