Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management best practices.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Proficiency with project management tools and site reporting software.
• Ability to coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor teams effectively.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction site management or related field.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
