Job summary

Keyper in Dubai is seeking an On-Field Property Manager to coordinate move-ins/outs, cheque collection, deposits, and on-site handovers across a distributed portfolio.

You will work with Leasing, Finance, and Maintenance teams to ensure accurate, timely operations and top-tier tenant experiences, using Salesforce, Process St, and Excel for reporting.

A proactive, data-driven mindset and strong organisation are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a field-based property management, real estate, or facilities operations role preferred.
• Comfortable working on-site across a distributed portfolio, with own transport for site visits.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive, on-site commitments.
