Sisco Jobs is assisting a client in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to hire a Store Supervisor for oil & gas operations. The role focuses on supervising store and warehouse tasks, ensuring proper handling, labeling and preservation of materials, and maintaining rigorous inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years in stores or inventory control in an industrial setting, with Diploma or Bachelor's in related fields and knowledge of ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Management or related discipline.
• Preferred: Relevant qualification in Supply Chain / Logistics / Materials Management.
• Additional: Relevant inventory, warehouse, ERP, or HSE certification may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and issue of materials and equipment.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock movements through inventory system.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure materials are identified, labelled, stored and preserved per requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, maintenance, operations for material availability.
• Maintain receiving, issuing, transfer and inventory documentation for traceability.
• Ensure store activities comply with HSE procedures and site requirements.
