Job summary

Sisco in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks a Construction Supervisor for an Oil & Gas project. The role requires supervising site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule conformance, and maintaining technical compliance on the project site.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of construction/site supervision experience in Oil & Gas and strong knowledge of site practices and drawings. Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil/Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• Oil & Gas project experience preferred.
• 5–10 years construction/site supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the Oil & Gas project site.
• Ensure activities align with approved drawings, specs, and procedures.
• Coordinate site activities among contractors, engineers, inspectors, and project team.
• Monitor progress and support completion per project schedules.
• Enforce HSE procedures and safe working practices on site.
• Inspect work and coordinate corrective actions for quality issues.
• Maintain progress records, inspections, and site reports.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and work fronts for planned activities.
