Job summary

element MEA is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive new business and manage UAE accounts within the electrical and industrial product sectors. The role requires 5–7 years of UAE experience in technical sales, with a strong network and proven project-sales capability.

The candidate will engage EPC and E&I contractors, plus oil & gas customers, delivering technical and commercial quotes and leading site visits and product demonstrations. Prior experience in similar product segments is highly valued.

Qualifications

5–7 years UAE experience in technical sales.
Strong technical knowledge relevant to electrical or industrial products.
Proven project-sales experience and an established UAE network.

Responsibilities

Develop new business and manage existing accounts across the UAE.
Identify and pursue opportunities within Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial and electrical projects.
Build relationships with EPC contractors, E&I contractors, Oil & Gas companies, consultants, procurement teams and project engineers.
Generate and follow up on RFQs, tenders and project enquiries.
Prepare technical and commercial quotations and negotiate with customers.
Conduct customer meetings, site visits and technical product presentations.
Understand project specifications and recommend suitable products.
Manage opportunities from enquiry through quotation, negotiation and order closure.
