Job summary

Mazrui International's PPC arm seeks a Senior Proposals and Contracts Administrator in Abu Dhabi to lead end-to-end development of compliant, commercially compelling proposals, tenders, and contracts across the MENA region.

You will coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, legal, finance, supply chain and QHSE teams, ensure timely submissions, maintain templates and records, and support negotiations while upholding company policies and branding.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of contracts administration, tendering and bid coordination experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Administer all types of commercial contracts and amendments.
• Review RFPs/ITTs/RFQs/EOIs for instructions and deadlines.
• Prepare proposal plans, compliance matrices and submission checklists.
• Draft persuasive proposal content including executive summaries and methodologies.
• Coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, legal, finance and QHSE teams.
• Edit, proofread and format proposals for accuracy and branding.
• Manage review workflows and secure final sign-off before submission.
• Handle electronic portal uploads and submission evidence.
• Maintain templates, content library and records of submissions.
• Ensure contractual terms align with company policies and risk controls.
• Review customer draft contracts during tender stage.
• Support negotiations and continuous improvement of processes.
